Q. How can I get a newspaper?
A. It’s easy! Just click on the title you want and continue through the simple ordering process!
Q. How do I pay?
A. We can arrange a payment method to suit your convenience - cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Q. How will you know where to deliver to?
A. Just give us as much information as possible about where you are staying or living and we should be able to find you. It’s a good idea to include a local phone number so our staff can call first to confirm the exact location if we are not sure.
Q. Do I have to wait in my room / at home all day for your courier to arrive?
A. No. If you are staying at a hotel, our deliveries are normally received by the hotel staff who then delivers to your room. If you live here, just give us instructions of where to leave your newspaper if you will not be at home; or we can deliver to your place of work if you prefer.
Q. How will the hotel staff know which room to deliver to?
A. Your newspaper will be personalized with your name and room number.
Q. Can I order through my hotel?
A. We work with many hotels in Phuket so you may find it easier for the hotel to place your order with us. They will arrange delivery and payment.
Q. What if I only want to order one newspaper?
A. That’s ok! Just tell us which one you want and when you want it.
Q. What if I want to order one newspaper on Tuesdays and Fridays only and a different one on Sundays only?
A. Again, no problem! Just tell us what you want and when you want it.
Q. What if I want to order lots of newspapers - will you give me a discount?
A. Yes! Your discount will be calculated automatically when you place your online order. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us directly for details on 076-346800 or email.
Q. When do I need to order?
A. Normally we like to know the day before so that we can plan our printing and deliveries.
Q. What if I would like a newspaper today?
A. Contact us directly on 076-346800 and we will do our best to include you in our schedule for the day.
Q. What if I have a subscription but have a few days away from Phuket?
A. Just tell us when you will be away and we will suspend your subscription. Let us know when you are returning and we will start delivering again.
Q. What if I can’t see my favourite newspaper on the left side?
A. Click on the ‘more choices’ button to see the full range of titles for your country.
Q. What if I want a newspaper from another country?
A. Just click on that country’s flag to the right to see the titles for that country. If your country’s flag is not there, please call us on 076-346800 or email.
Q. What will my newspaper look like?
A. Our newspapers are printed on good quality A3 paper using high performance laser printers, which means that the ink does not rub off and make your hands or clothes dirty. The newspapers are delivered in clear plastic bags to protect against rain during delivery. We also include a FREE local publication, The Phuketian, to keep you informed of things to do and see in Phuket.

A. Send us an email or call us on 076 346 800 any day between 08:00-18:00 and we will do our best to answer (English and Thai spoken). Alternatively, if you are in Patong, feel free to come and visit us here.
